Made in Jijona, by hand, using the recipes of our ancestors. You will notice the difference with the typical polvorones sold in supermarkets, as these usually have a lot of flour.

A common thing when eating a polvorón is to crush it first and then say Pamplona, while your mouth is full. Before crushing it, we want the customer to see the soft texture, because afterwards the difference is not so noticeable.
